Yoga with Andrew Wrenn

Andrew is a BWY trained teacher with 20 years teaching experience. He shares an authentic blend of meditation, Pranayama (breath work) and asana (embodied movement and postures). His endeavour is to make the practice accessible to everyone, from new beginners through to seasoned practitioners. No one should feel in any way inadequate after a class , yoga is not only a form of exercise, it is a nurturing, nourishing time you dedicate to yourself without life’s usual distractions and stresses.
