Yoga with Sarah Latham

Sarah will be offering the following services in Slow Motion.

Yin Yoga

Slow down and unravel after your journey to Camp Bestival with an hour of mellow Yin yoga with Sarah. Expect a short slow flow to start the class to help release any excess energy, followed by mindful breathing and then a series of long holds. Yin Yoga is suitable for all and is a floor based practice where shapes and postures are held quietly for several minutes allowing the muscles to relax around the connective tissue and the fascia to stretch deeply. Yin yoga is a rejuvenating practice for the body and soul.

Wake up + Flow Yoga

Join Sarah for an hour of uplifting flow yoga on Saturday morning to re-set your body and mind and set you up for the day ahead. Expect breathwork to begin followed by a mindful and balanced standing flow including hip openers to release and ground, twists to detoxify and heart and shoulder openers to energise. The class will slow down with a sweet seated flow and longer held poses, ending with a dreamy savasana.
