Flying in from New York to Camp Bestival, we’re excited to announce that Chef Sib from Schmackwich will be joining us for his first UK Festival experience, bringing his legendary NYC Wagyu Chop Cheese to the Feast Collective tent!
Founded during the 2020 pandemic by three native New Yorkers, SHMACKWICH came on to the scene introducing a different take on a classic NYC staple. The wagyu chopped cheese, aka the SWAGYU, has turned from a culinary concept into a cultural movement with pop- ups all over the city (& beyond) and now Camp Bestival!
