Yoga Nidra is a unique relaxation and meditation form which involves no physical activity whatsoever apart from lying down on a mat! We live our lives in a beta fight or flight state and after about 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra we should enter our true alpha state where we can recharge, energise and set new goals. Rob da Bank will hopefully lead you into another dimension and leave you felling like you’ve just been unwrapped!
