A musical space adventure for under 10 year olds and their parents. This show is very interactive with chances for your children to find their ‘inner rockstar’, and come on stage to play the ukulele. Giant balloons, bubbles, ribbon sticks, silly string, parachutes, water guns and more are thrown into the audience to enhance the story. There is something for your children to do all the way through the show. The story is full of exciting space facts to educate and entertain and has a morale message within.

Ukeboxbaby founder and singer, Penny Honey sings live songs – Ukeboxbaby dance versions of well-known children’s songs, and also dance tunes you will know. Penny Honey tells her space story alongside assistant storyteller Zee Cameron, with their music producer, ‘DJ Daddy’ behind the decks.

‘Their ukulele shows are a rave for me as well as for my kids! So much fun.’ (Mum in Brighton) Ukeboxbaby burst onto the children’s education and entertainment scene two years ago in a puff of glitter, bubbles and streamers. Founder, Penny Honey teaches the ukulele in local Brighton schools and has performed her family shows nation wide at festivals, events and theatres. These include, Camp Bestival, Brighton’s acclaimed Komedia, Brighton Fringe Festival, Brighton’s famous Spiegeltent and Fat Boy Slim’s Big Beach Cafe, to name a few. Penny Honey is on a mission to spread the joy of music to children, and is a firm believer that music is the strongest form of magic.
